Building & Pest Reports on the Sunshine Coast

If you are purchasing an existing house we can provide a building and pest inspection service. The building report is carried out in accordance with AS4349.1-2007. The information provided deals with the current condition and structural soundness of the dwelling. 

In addition we can organise a pest inspection, using a licensed Pest Inspector, to be carried out at the same time as the building inspection so that you receive all the information you require quickly and efficiently.
